The Farmstay BnB is a self-contained 2-bedroom unit sitting on over 100 acres of land in Waitpinga, Victor harbor. It has all the creature comforts the family needs, including a flat-screen TV, DVD, and CD player.
Boasting a fully-equipped kitchen, the BnB is less than 10 metres from a games room, and right next door to a large under-cover solar heated swimming pool.
Enjoy all Breakaway Farmstay has to offer on site. Or take the short trip into town to enjoy some local experiences.

Our Rates
Adults:
$180 per night for 2 people.
$50 per night for an extra adult
Children:
Babies under 2 years are free
Children 2-12 years $40 per night
Breakaway Farmstay Bed and Breakfast can accommodate up to 5 people.

A $150 deposit* is required to secure any booking if booked with Breakaway Farmstay.
Please note a $40 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
*For all bookings made through V3 you will be charged the full amount up front.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit unless the booking is transferred to another available date.
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid if another booking is received from another party for that time. All refunds are subject to adjustment for any commission paid.
